You do not need to look for someone to give money to – the organizer’s employee will come to you himself. Payment is possible in cash in dollars, euros and Egyptian pounds. You can also transfer funds to a bank card in rubles,

Do you have a tourist license?

In Egypt, tourism is strictly regulated by law. Daily police and military permits are required for vehicles or yachts to leave for an excursion. Only licensed tour operators can obtain such permits.

For other excursions, permits are issued simply for the number of tourists, without the need to provide passport details.

Are we insured during the excursion?

Some hotel guides try to convince tourists that their insurance does not apply to third-party tour operators other than their tour company. This is not true.
